You found us! Welcome to Big Wild Spirits, please relax and look around. We make tasty things to drink: Whiskey, Gin, Brandy and other spirits all with their own story. Distilling is an old craft, historically done by women and folks not fancy enough to drink the wine. Somehow, over time, distilling has become an exclusive party reserved for those in-the-know depending on who you know or for those with big portfolios. And DANG! some of that stuff IS good! but we don’t make anything to be exclusive. Instead, we make delicious things to drink from what is accessible. Using fruits, grains, and botanicals that are close to us in miles and in our hearts, and the craftsmanship of coaxing interesting flavors with chemistry, pressure and heat, we aim to capture a little magic in the process.
